On April 19th and again on November 1st I embarked on a mission to make myself more fit and began P90X from BeachBody.
I’m the kind of person that doesn’t do well without having some sort of motivation. If I am not setting goals, it is not getting done. So, I created a spreadsheet to track what I was going to embark on.
Please note, this spreadsheet is not an official BeachBody resource, it was created by me. This spreadsheet is provided as is and milestogofromhere.com provides no warranty and assumes no liability based on the use of this spreadsheet.
