P90X Spreadsheet

On April 19th and again on November 1st  I embarked on  a mission to make myself more fit and began P90X from BeachBody.

I’m the kind of person that doesn’t do well without having some sort of motivation.  If I am not setting goals, it is not getting done.  So, I created a spreadsheet to track what I was going to embark on.

Please note, this spreadsheet is not an official BeachBody resource, it was created by me.  This spreadsheet is provided as is and milestogofromhere.com provides no warranty and assumes no liability based on the use of this spreadsheet.

Microsoft Office 2007 Format (.xlsx):

Click here to download the spreadsheet, you may need to right click (or Command+click on a Mac) and choose “Save Link As…” or “Save Target As…”. (note: this sheet has the lean workout regimen entered into it.)

Microsoft Office 2003 and Earlier (and Mac) Format (.xls):
Click here to download the spreadsheet, you may need to right click (of Command+click on a Mac) and choose “Save Link As…” or “Save Target As…”. (note: this sheet has the lean workout regimen entered into it.)

If you need instructions on using this spreadsheet, go here.

Hans, I have updated the instructions, you may need to right click (or in the case of a Mac, command+click) and choose “Save Link As” or “Save Target As”.

    Hey-
I was wondering if you could put that spreadsheet in a different format, because it is .xlsx which is for Vista, and I can’t get it open on my Mac. (If unsure how to do this, when you open it, go to file save as-then there is a pull down menu FORMAT and save it as Excel Document 1999-2008 or as a PDF)

I would really appreciate it, it sounds like just what I am looking for, I’m a data person too!!

    Thanks for considering this,

Jeff – That’s so great! Thanks for the time you put into this. P90X is a great program – I’m sure you guys will do well with it. I ‘love’ the 90-min Yoga too! ;p

      Faith,

Thanks for the comment and donation! I am loving P90X so far. Today is a measurement day so I will be posting more measurements tonight. So far though, I have lost 6.2 pounds in the 2 weeks I have done P90X.

Yoga X kicks my butt every time I do it.
