P90X Spreadsheet

On April 19th and again on November 1st  I embarked on  a mission to make myself more fit and began P90X from BeachBody.

I’m the kind of person that doesn’t do well without having some sort of motivation.  If I am not setting goals, it is not getting done.  So, I created a spreadsheet to track what I was going to embark on.

Please note, I am a Independent BeachBody Coach.  This spreadsheet is not an official BeachBody resource, it was created by me before I became a coach.  This spreadsheet is provided as is and milestogofromhere.com provides no warranty and assumes no liability based on the use of this spreadsheet.
